Apparently the so longed opportunity to enjoy various fabulous paellas in combination with a (likely to be) wonderful hiking trip to our beautiful Jura has arrived. Therefore, I am wishing to carry on with the organization of the logistics of such a trip. For the time being here are the details of the hiking trip itself:

Before thinking on the needed ingredients for the paellas and how to organize and distribute responsibilities I need to know roughly the number of persons (paella-eating persons) who will come. In this sense, I hope to get an answer from you by e-mail by Monday evening with an answer to the following questions:
1. Will you come? If so, how many persons including you?
2. Are you a wine drinker? If so what are your needs and the needs of your companions (in liters) for before, during and after the paella? Please restrict needs to the period in the mountain.
3. Same as in point 2. but referring to water needs.
