| Access: | Motorway Blanc to Chamonix. Get out of the motorway at the hight of Cluses and take road D902 following the indications to Taninges. Continue along road D902 for some 8 km to reach Le Pont des Gets. Once there turn left to take deviation to Les Praz de Lys on road D328. After driving for 6 km you wiil arrive to Praz de Lys. Little before Praz de Lys and after the site "la Savoliere" take the first road to the left that will drive us to the parking of "le Planey". The trip from Val Thoiry to "le Planey" may take 1h30. |

It is convenient to emphasize some useful items: please do not forget to carry on (wear) raincoat, hat/cap and sun glasses, warm gloves, hiking boots or sport-footwear with thick and non-slipping sole, enough food and drinks for the own consumption. Spear dry clothes and after excursion confortable shoes are very convenient.
